 Scotty’s Dive Centre (SDC) is a ‘PADI 5-star IDC Training Center and National Geographic Dive Center’, the highest ratings obtainable for dive centers. Scotty’s has been operating the Scuba Diving and Aquasports concessions at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort for the past thirteen years. Through years of experience in servicing 5-Star beach resorts, Scotty’s has developed an impeccably efficient operations system and an excellent reputation in customer service, safety, and satisfaction. With constantly changing demographics, Scotty’s has insured that our service quality remains consistent with current trends in tourism. The PADI system of diver education is SDC’s primary instructional tool. PADI has proven itself as the premier scuba diving organization by developing solid teaching methodologies that have stood the test of time. Scotty’s fully supports PADI’s new “Dive Today” program, which moves scuba education away from the regimented styles of the past and creates a system based on the business of “Fun, Fun, Fun” allowing for more opportunity and flexibility in resort based operations.
